The Ascendant team is located all over the U.S., but we know that we achieve something special when we all come together. Every spring and fall, we fly the whole team to a carefully chosen destination and hold what we call Reunite. There, we work hard, we play hard and we strengthen the relationships that make us sharper tacticians and better collaborators.

Everyone loves three-day weekends. At Ascendant, we love them so much that we take one every month. In addition to our eight paid holidays, we take five Renewal Weekends per year – one each in March, April, June, August and October.

Three times a year, if the company earns a net profit, we award our people an Orbit Bonus. This reward, which can be sizable, is based in part on each team member’s contribution to our success. It’s our way to reward both collective and individual efforts.

Step into our HQ, and you’ll know why we call it Prism. Nestled amidst the scenic Wellsville mountains in Northern Utah, it’s a state-of-the-art glass-walled facility equipped with everything our team needs to succeed. But working from the office isn’t the only option – we hire experts from around the country and champion a hybrid culture for our local team as well. We believe the best work happens when you’re at your best, wherever you may be.

We don't just seek to hire the best; we make them even better. A couple of times per year, we bring in outside experts to teach our team practical skills to supercharge their careers. And that’s not all – we also earmark funds each calendar year for our people to select their own training opportunities for role and career development.

Once per year, we hit the pause button and close our offices between Christmas Eve and New Year's Day. This extended time away gives our people space to renew and reflect, and to spend time with their biggest supporters and loved ones outside of work.
